We collect information such as your email address only in order to offer you superlative service e.g. our free newsletter or special promotional offers. Unlike other online psychic services, we do not allow third parties e.g. advertisers to view your personal information either by using cookies or other information gathering technology. You will not be bombarded with advertising from third parties as a result of using this site.

E-Commerce – Online Ordering
Using our online ordering system provides you with a safe method of ordering. Our credit card processing system uses the latest SSL secure connection technology, which encrypts the information so it is protected from unauthorised use. Our email facilities are not however encrypted and you should not regard these as secure. They are intended for general mail only.
Your payment details will be verified and authorised when you place your order. In the case of products and reports, your payment will be debited from your account before we send the goods/reports. In the case of readings, your payment will be debited from your account before the reading.
Regarding spam, please note all email to our site is filtered by various means, this means unsolicited spam will not reach us. If you provide your details (e.g. for our free newsletter), we may from time to time, email you to provide you with special offers or promotions. You will not be bombarded regularly with advertising from us.

All artworks on this site are either paid commissions or have been used with the express written permission of the artist.
